Cultural Sensitivity : When we are in a team, many people from many countries work together. So, we must be very sensitive. Everyone's culture is best in their own vision. So, a team member should have to face all problems and be very careful when exposing his views.
Empathy: Empathy is one of the main way to solve a problem. Everyone has some valid reason for their works. So, we have to think in their view and have to realize their problem and giving ideas to solve the problem.

Standardization : If a company is a global company its cultural characteristics are depend on the culture of country where it Head Quarters found. They have same characteristic rules in all branches around the world.
Customization : This is one of the tricky way to introduce a new foreign brand to a country / town. The company will follow the country's traditions and cultures to promote its product.
Transnational: This kind of companies are mostly found all over the world. Its a binding of both Standardization and Customization.
